Ann was extremely responsive and helpful during our 6-month, quite specialized, higher-end search. In a strong seller's market, attempting to be choosy (as we were) can be frustrating. Nonetheless, Ann was willing to show us home after home...but perhaps more importantly, was able to use her relationships and persistence to get us into several homes before they were listed on the MLS (one of which we purchased). Beyond her expertise, she is a joy to work with, is a good listener, and also recognizes that unless you build the house yourself, it is unlikely that you will find a home that checks EVERY box on your want-list.
